Requirements include a Nursing degree, Texas RN licensure, BLS, and 3+ years in emergency or critical care, with leadership experience and board certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing–required/ preferred.
• Three (3)+ years’ acute emergency services or critical care nursing.
• Current Texas RN licensure.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Board certification in leadership, critical care or emergency nursing preferred.

• Directs day‑to‑day operations of the Emergency Department.
• Oversees financial management and personnel activities.
• Coordinates with hospital leaders to meet facility goals.
• Ensures compliance with patient care standards and regulations.
• Promotes a positive work environment for the ED staff.
• Takes patient assignments as needed to meet census fluctuations.
