Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with RN or Physician.
• Document all tasks and observations accurately in the patient record.
• Receive, stock, and organize department supplies and assist with daily tasks.
• Communicate with the health care team regarding patient status and safety.
