Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with RN and Physician regarding patient/family observations to assist in treatment.
• Performs technical tasks (IV insertion, splinting, wound care) as directed by RN or physician.
• Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect for the human experience, collaborating with the care team to meet daily goals.
• Accurately documents tasks, observations, and procedures in the patient record following medical and legal standards; maintains patient charts securely.
• Demonstrates clinical strategies to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Collaborates with medicine, nursing, and other healthcare professionals regarding plan of care, follow-up, and evaluation.
