Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• EMT certificate and IV therapy certificate (or EMTA/EMTI/Paramedic) are required.
• One year healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with RN/Physician about patient observations to assist treatment.
• Performs technical tasks (IV insertion, splinting, wound care) under RN/physician guidance.
• Document all tasks and observations accurately in patient records.
• Maintain patient charts with confidentiality and timeliness.
• Support safety by applying clinical strategies for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with medicine, nursing, and other healthcare professionals on plan of care.
