Universal Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to care for acute and critically ill patients. The role involves collecting health data, analyzing assessments, and developing a care plan with interventions to achieve patient outcomes.

Collaboration with the care team, patient, and family is essential to provide a healing and compassionate environment. Needed are Texas RN licensure, current BLS, and completion of ACLS, PALS, TNCC within six months of hire.

Formación

• RN licensure in Texas is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC must be completed within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Collect patient health data and analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and outcomes.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with prescribed interventions to reach outcomes.
• Implement planned interventions and monitor progress toward outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team, patient, and family to provide holistic care in a healing environment.
