Qualifications

• Pharmacist credentials and license required.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy settings preferred.
• Controlled substance experience (PHARM-CS) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and care teams while maintaining professional standards.
• Provide prescribed medications and supplies for patient care.
• Transcribe prescriptions into the CPCS system to generate medication labels.
• Serve as a drug information resource and therapeutic advocate for continuous quality improvement.
