UW Health's East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join the Emergency Department, providing patient care per UW Health standards and supporting order verification and inpatient workflows.

Ideal candidate has emergency medicine experience; PGY2 in emergency medicine or equivalent preferred. 100% FTE with day/evening/night shifts; 7 days on, 7 days off; 4 week rotation; relocation assistance may be available; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacy degree required: PharmD or B.Pharm.
• Wisconsin licensure within 90 days required.
• BLS within 90 days required; ACLS within 180 days; PALS within 180 days.
• ASHP residency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care in the East Madison Hospital Emergency Department as per UW Health standards.
• Assist with order verification and inpatient admission/discharge workflows.
• Opportunity to precept UW School of Pharmacy students.
