Job summary

THOM Thomas Hospitals in South Charleston, West Virginia, is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a full-time exempt position. The role requires current pharmacist licensure in WV (and PA where applicable) and adherence to state boards. A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is preferred, with residency training and ≥3 years of pharmacist experience.

BLS certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire. Background checks are required.
