Job summary

THOM Thomas Hospitals in West Virginia is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our team. The position requires current WV or PA pharmacist licensure and completion of a pharmacy residency.

Job description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Must possess current license as required by state board where services will be provided:
   WV: Pharmacist license through the West Virginia State Board of Pharmacy
   PA : Pharmacist license through the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 60 days of hire date.
3. State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of pharmacy.

EXPERIENCE:
1.Completion of a residency training program.
2.Three (3) years of pharmacist experience.
