Job summary

UNC Rex Holly Springs Hospital is seeking aRegistered Nurse to provide competent clinical care in the Emergency Department. The role involves coordinating patient care using the nursing process in a hospital setting and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.

Required education includes graduation from a professional nursing program and NC RN licensure. BLS certification and at least one year of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• If hired after January 6, 2014, must be enrolled within four years of employment, and obtain a Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing or a Master's degree with a major in Nursing within seven years of employment date.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities
