UNC Health’s UNC Rex Holly Springs Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the 7BT Medical-Surgical unit. The role focuses on patient-centered nursing care, coordinating with the care team and supporting a move to a new 24-bed unit opening in 2026.

Nurses will participate in development of workflow and care delivery in a modern environment. Requirements include NC RN licensure, a nursing degree, and BLS certification, with at least one year of experience.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina and maintain BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide competent clinical nursing care in a hospital setting using the nursing process.
• Educate patients and families and assess readiness to learn.
• Evaluate care, plan and coordinate with interdisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
• Lead and collaborate to promote professional growth and unit goals.
• Assess data to set priorities, plan care, and support discharge needs.
• Collaborate with patient/family to update the plan of care and allocate resources.
• Engage in research by reading journals and sharing ideas with staff.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher

Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program
