Qualifications

• 3+ years ER RN experience required.
• Charge Nurse experience required.
• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of start date.
• PALS within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist admission and discharge processes for throughput and quality.
• Monitor and coordinate nursing care with the management team.
• Collaborate with experts to create teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Oversee nursing strategies like hourly rounds and staff engagement.
• Recommend staffing, training, and performance actions to enhance care.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management.
• Support inventory control and equipment management.
