TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center in Antioch, Tennessee is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high quality, patient-centered care during shifts. This role involves directing, monitoring, and evaluating nursing care, as well as enhancing departmental performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ER Charge Experience required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 6 months.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Assists with admission and discharge processes.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of patient care services.
• Collaborates with others to create a teamwork environment.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery.
• Assists with staff scheduling and manages productivity.
• Supports inventory control and manages supplies.
