Job summary

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to oversee unit functions across shifts, coordinate care, and drive quality outcomes. You will collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe, effective nursing practice and patient education.

The role emphasizes assessment, documentation, and adherence to safety and infection control standards in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Compact-state RN licensure acceptable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, record, report, and follow through on symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Create and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care.
• Delegate nursing tasks as appropriate and safe while retaining accountability for patient care.
• Provide individualized education for patient, family, and caregiver throughout the continuum of care.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards in patient care.
