Qualifications

• 3+ years ER RN experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, NVCI and PALS must be obtained within the stated timeframes.
• RN licensed nurse in good standing; Associate Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput and quality care.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies; serve as resource to staff.
• Collaborate with management to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Operationalize nursing strategies to improve engagement, including hourly rounds.
• Assist with staff interviewing, training, evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling to align labor with patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and supply/equipment management.
