Job summary

Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to deliver patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. The CNC partners with management to monitor nursing care and serves as a staff resource to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

In collaboration with leadership, you will coach staff, support admissions/discharges, and help schedule staffing while driving outcomes and service improvements in the Medical Cardiology unit at Mission Hospital in Asheville,

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or eligibility.
• ACLS and BLS certs required within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leaders and SMEs.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
