Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will work with the management team to monitor nursing care, serve as a staffing resource, and support an exceptional patient experience.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions and discharges, and lead coaching and training to improve performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• RN license required within hire date
• ACLS within 30 days of start date
• BLS within 30 days of start date
• PALS within 30 days of start date
• TNCC within 30 days of start date
• CCRN/TCRN/CEN or Bachelor’s degree within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership team input.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling and coverage.
