St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Care Technician for the Emergency Department at the Ft. Thomas Hospital. This PRN role supports the unit by performing vital lab and clinical tasks under RN supervision, ensuring timely patient care and safety.

You will participate in specimen collection, EKGs, patient transport, and code team CPR, while adhering to policies and contributing to a compliant, compassionate healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• Hospital Orientation completed or provided is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participates in patient care by collecting basic lab specimens and troponins, performing EKGs and two-hour troponins.
• Transports patients to testing as needed.
• Performs CPR during full arrests as part of the code team.
• Follows policies for specimen collection and EKG performance accurately and timely.
• Assists nursing staff in addressing patient care needs and maintains a safe care environment.
