GBMC HealthCare is seeking a role in the Emergency Department to support admission processes for inpatients and outpatients. You will assist triage, monitor vitals, and coordinate patient flow under RN/MD supervision.

The role requires EMT/CRT/Paramedic training, CPR certification, and reliable multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential, with daily responsibilities across testing, transport, and room preparation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited EMT, CRT, or Paramedic program.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year(s) of related field experience.

Responsabilités

• Complete triage documentation including vital signs, venous access, phlebotomy, and oxygen placement under RN guidance.
• Maintain patient flow and communicate care plan to patient and family.
• Assist with ED room cleaning and prepare equipment.
• Report abnormal vitals to RNs and assist with monitoring.
