Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, certified Basic EMT, certified Phlebotomist, or certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• 0-1 years of clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the ER including splint application, IV insertion, EKGs, and vital signs.
• Assists with patient transport to/from units and procedures.
• Maintains a clean, organized environment per infection control standards.
• Documents patient care accurately in the EMR.
• Assists with emergency responses and safety protocols.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
