Endeavor Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join the Plainfield Emergency Department. The role includes providing comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing and prescribing treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Applicant must hold IL APN or PA license, a master’s PA/NP degree, and BLS/CPR plus ACLS/PALS certifications, with at least 2 years of ER APP experience.

Qualifications

• APN or PA license in IL
• Masters PA/NP training
• BLS/CPR, ACLS/PALS certifications
• 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as an APP

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments and differential diagnoses.
• Prescribe treatments and manage patient care.
