Responsibilities

• Register patients and enter demographic data into EMR.
• Collect insurance info and signatures for consent forms.
• Prepare service estimates, arrange payments, and process cash collections.
• Coordinate with Bed Control for bed placement and delays in care.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy compliance and protect patient information.
• Escort patients to designated areas and maintain accurate records.
