Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of corporate/consulting compensation experience preferred in tech or high-growth public companies.
• Deep understanding of design, mechanics, and structure of public company equity plans (RSUs, PSUs, stock options).
• Hands-on equity budgeting, forecasting, run-rate, and dilution modeling.
• Strong Excel/Sheets with ability to model scenarios and handle large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex concepts and influence C-suite and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale equity compensation programs: monthly grant prep, budgeting, burn rate tracking, dilution modeling.
• Develop and maintain equity policies to remain competitive and compliant with market trends.
• Build reports and dashboards to monitor equity metrics and inform decisions.
• Create clear communication materials to educate participants and leaders on new programs and changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Stock Admin on complex inquiries and escalations.
