Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Compensation Programs Senior Analyst to run cyclical compensation cycles, drive automation, and re-engineer programs and systems. You’ll be the go-to data analysis expert, delivering insights to senior leadership and driving optimization across the function.

The role reports to the Director of Compensation Programs, Operations and Systems and is hybrid, located in San Mateo, CA. You will partner with cross-functional teams on automation and improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology, compensation, or related field.
• 5+ years with increasing HR/compensation responsibilities.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with analyses and automated models.
• Knowledge of compensation industry trends.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Workday.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau or BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, plan and manage compensation programs and processes.
• Lead development and rollout of global compensation programs and bi-annual reviews.
• Identify automation opportunities and re-engineer processes for efficiency.
• Implement compensation systems to support cyclical cycles.
• Create communication materials for senior leadership on priorities and findings.
• Build Excel models for analysis and support business decisions.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and data quality controls.
• Improve compensation processes via Workday, Zendesk, Jira and internal systems.
