Job summary

Baird's Equity Research Operations team is seeking a Business Coordinator Intern to support efficiency, process improvement and innovation. You’ll collaborate with experienced analysts to back operational initiatives and help advance the department’s goals in a dynamic environment.

This hybrid internship in downtown Milwaukee requires full-time summer work (37.5-40 hours/week) and part-time during the school year (15-20 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree - all majors are encouraged to apply.
• Anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or later.
• Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support operational initiatives that drive efficiency, process improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and research analysts to enhance team performance and client output.
• Assist with department initiatives and projects including coverage lists, marketing materials and data sourcing.
• Complete other administrative tasks, as needed.
