Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a seasoned equity research professional to publish proprietary content for institutional clients in the New York market. You will develop macro and company analyses, build financial models, and issue stock recommendations (Buy/Hold/Sell) while coordinating with capital markets and sales teams.

The role requires CFA-level knowledge, relevant FINRA licenses, and at least four years of related experience.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required; finance knowledge essential.
Licenses: SIE, Series 7 (or 7 prior to Oct 2019), Series 63, Series 87, and Series 86 or CFA II waiver.
Minimum 4 years of related work experience and financial modeling mastery.
Strong written/oral communication and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Publish proprietary equity research with stock calls to institutional clients.
Conduct due diligence and provide industry expertise for capital markets transactions.
Initiate C-suite corporate access resources for institutional clients.
Build industry/company models including revenue, EPS and cash flow forecasts.
Draft research commentary and collaborate with sales/trading as needed.
