Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; advanced financial analysis skills.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Series 86, Series 87 or CFA path.
• Experience with due diligence and capital markets transactions.
• Strong industry knowledge in designated research sector.
• Superior written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Publish proprietary equity research with stock recommendations to institutional clients.
• Conduct due diligence and provide industry expertise for capital markets transactions.
• Initiate C-suite corporate access resources for institutional clients.
• Develop research reports and industry assessments.
• Engage with high-level corporate relationships (CEO, CFO, etc).
• Supervise junior staff and guide risk initiatives.
