Susquehanna International Group, LLP seeks an analyst to identify investment opportunities and support due diligence across PIPEs, registered directs, ATMs and warrants. You will build and review financial models, analyze management track records, and present investment recommendations to senior staff.

The role requires 2–5 years in equity research or related fields, solid Excel/Bloomberg skills, and comfort with fast-paced deal timelines.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in equity research, investment banking (ECM), a buy-side analyst seat, or transaction advisory.
• Strong accounting and modeling skills, and fluency reading SEC filings in detail.
• Working knowledge of PIPEs, registered directs, ATMs and warrant transactions. Direct deal experience is a plus.
• Comfort operating on deal timelines, where a decision can be needed within a day.
• High integrity and discipline around material non-public information and wall-cross restrictions.
• Excel and Bloomberg proficiency. SQL or Python is a plus, as is automating repetitive parts of the process.
• Visa Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential investments and monitor SEC filings to build a live candidate pipeline.
• Prepare due diligence by building financial models and evaluating terms and scenarios.
• Join management and banker calls; coordinate with legal/compliance and track questions to answers.
• Prepare periodic portfolio reviews and ad hoc analysis for the desk.
