Job summary

Morgan Stanley in New York City is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the Alternative Capital Solutions team within Global Capital Markets. You will support origination, structuring, and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions, including growth capital raises, structured equity offerings and PIPE financings.

The role requires 2–4 years in global capital markets or investment banking, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Global Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related role.
• Exposure to equity products or structured transactions preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• License requirements or ability to obtain licensing (Series licensing)

Responsibilities

• Support origination, structuring, and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions (growth capital raises, structured equity offerings, PIPE financings).
• Assist in developing customized client solutions with senior bankers and structuring teams.
• Prepare marketing materials, transaction documentation, and internal approvals.
• Monitor market conditions to inform client advice and transaction execution.
