Job summary

UBS seeks a seasoned professional to manage equity plan client services and plan administration for a client group. You will partner with Relationship Managers, Service Managers and executives to ensure accurate execution, timely updates, and exceptional client delivery.

You will leverage your background in finance and equity compensation, communicate clearly, and drive process improvements across Operations, Technology, and Product to enhance workflows and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or equity compensation.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with time management skills.
• CEP designation preferred or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of products and services for assigned clients.
• Work with Relationship Managers and team leads to develop strategies for core services.
• Develop strategies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Build internal partnerships to deliver exceptional client experience.
• Maintain understanding of UBS plan administration platforms and client requirements.
• Communicate with senior management and clients using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Manage assigned client sets with terms, pricing changes, and amendments.
• Leverage data to support decisions on servicing client relationships.
