Job summary

UBS is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager for the WWS team in New Jersey. You will own key corporate client relationships, drive service delivery, retention, and identify growth opportunities while aligning with WM USA goals.

You’ll partner with Financial Advisors on client engagement, lead annual Account Plans, manage contracts and pricing, and collaborate across the organization. Travel up to 10% is expected, and AI-driven insights support decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 5+ years in institutional client facing role at financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach.
• Able to collaborate across the organization and influence stakeholders.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
• FINRA series 7 and 63 licensing.
• Curious about AI to improve workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own key corporate relationships, ensure service delivery, retention and growth opportunities.
• Develop strategies for delivering the firm aligned with WWS and WM USA goals.
• Partner with Financial Advisors on participant engagement and updates.
• Coordinate with the Head of Corporate Services to meet client deliverables.
• Create and maintain annual client Account Plans with strategy and execution.
• Communicate and present to senior management and clients; provide industry best practices.
• Deliver insights on participant behavior and benchmarking data.
• Manage client contracts, including reviews, pricing, and amendments.
• Lead sales/RFP efforts for new and existing clients to drive growth.
