Job summary

UBS is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager for the WWS team in New Jersey. You will own key corporate client relationships, drive service delivery, retention, and identify growth opportunities while aligning with WM USA goals.

You’ll partner with Financial Advisors on client engagement, lead annual Account Plans, manage contracts and pricing, and collaborate across the organization. Travel up to 10% is expected, and AI-driven insights support decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 5+ years in institutional client facing role at financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach.
• Able to collaborate across the organization and influence stakeholders.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
• FINRA series 7 and 63 licensing.
• Curious about AI to improve workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• take ownership of key WWS corporate relationships, responsible for \"knowing your client\" and accountable for all aspects of service delivery, client retention and identifying opportunities to expand the corporate relationship
• develop strategies for \"delivering the firm\" and for core services that are linked to WWS and WM USA goals, as well as corporate client business strategies
• partner with Financial Advisors on participant engagement initiatives and ensure they are kept abreast of issues impacting overall relationship
• work with Head of Corporate Services to ensure WWS service team members are meeting client deliverables; service teams include Implementation, Service Managers, and Plan Administrators
• be responsible for creating and maintaining annual client Account Plan which will identify new product and service opportunities, along with strategy and execution plan
• effectively communicate and present to internal senior management, as well as corporate client
• provide industry guidance and best practices with corporate clients
• deliver insights related to participant behavior/activity and corporate benchmarking data
• be responsible for management of client contract, which includes regular review to improve existing terms, re-negotiations, pricing changes and amendments for product extensions
• participate and lead sales/RFP efforts as required for new and existing clients as well as drive growth and retention of B2B relationships who have hired UBS to manage their employee equity plans

You’ll be joining the WWS Relationship Management team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Relationship Management. Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 120000 - max USD 160000 /annum
