Job summary

Ivy Rehab seeks a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in North Carolina to help shape a clinic from the ground up. You’ll have a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has opened 400+ clinics nationwide.

Ivy Rehab provides support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and more. The compensation range is $90,000–$110,000 per year, with eligibility for a Clinic Director Bonus

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
