Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director in New Jersey to lead a growing clinic and step into an Equity Partner role. You will shape location strategy, culture, and patient experience while partnering with a national network that supports staffing, marketing, HR, compliance, IT, and revenue cycles.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, active PT license in New Jersey, and 3+ years in healthcare, with outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program is required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinic as Director and Equity Partner, guiding location, culture, team development, and patient experience.
• Collaborate with support teams for Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and RCM.
• Mentor clinicians and foster mentoring and development within the clinic.
