Job summary

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in Pennsylvania. This role offers an equity partner path and a chance to shape a clinic from the ground up with support across Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and more.

You’ll influence location, culture, team development, and patient experience while joining a nationwide network of 400+ clinics. The compensation ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 per year, plus bonus plans, equity, student loan repayment or

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• At least 3 years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong mentoring, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic team and foster a collaborative culture.
• Grow the clinic and expand patient experience and outcomes.
• Mentor clinicians and support staff for professional development.
• Partner with Ivy Rehab leadership on strategic planning, marketing and operations.
