Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) in Pennsylvania. This is more than a leadership role; you will help shape the clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, and patient experience, while partnering with a company that has opened 400+ clinics nationwide.

The role offers equity partnership, marketing and HR support, and a pathway to grow your own clinic with a strong care-focused team.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and drive high-quality patient care.
• Mentor clinicians and develop a positive team culture.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, IT, and operations to grow the clinic.
