Job summary

Ivy Health in Pennsylvania seeks a Clinic Director who will lead a dedicated team and become an Equity Partner. You will mentor staff, build relationships, and foster a positive, collaborative environment for both teammates and patients.

As a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), you will help shape the clinic from the ground up, influence location and culture, and partner with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, and IT to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in PA.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Passion for mentoring, developing others, and growing the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team at Ivy Health and mentor staff.
• Shape clinic location, culture, and patient experience.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, and more to support growth.
