Job summary

Ivy Health in Connecticut seeks a Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist) to lead a collaborative team and shape a clinic from the ground up, delivering high-quality care and building a strong local presence.

You’ll mentor staff, cultivate relationships with patients and the community, and influence clinic location, culture, and patient experience while partnering with a company that provides Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal, IT, RCM, and other critical support.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Mentor team members and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
• Influence clinic location, culture, and patient experience.
• Partner with Ivy Health to utilize marketing, HR, IT, and compliance resources.
