Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director who will become an Equity Partner, shaping a clinic from the ground up. You will lead a team, mentor clinicians, and influence location and culture while ensuring exceptional patient experiences across PT, OT, speech therapy, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.

• Mentor clinicians and support staff to foster a collaborative culture.
