Job summary

SideKix HQ Inc. is seeking a hands-on Founding Software Engineer to help build the next evolution of SideKix, across Flutter, Android, and Web, in an early-stage, owner-driven environment.

You’ll work with product, design, and engineering leadership to turn ideas into delightful user experiences, own key technical decisions, and help scale the platform into a reliable, production-ready product for entrepreneurs everywhere.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building, shipping, and iterating on production software.
• Strong experience building mobile and web applications with Swift, Flutter, APIs, AWS, Stripe, and Firebase.
• Experience designing scalable application architecture and creating reliable, maintainable systems.
• A founder mindset: comfortable taking ownership, solving ambiguous problems, and moving between technical execution and product strategy.
• Experience managing production releases, deployments, app store submissions, testing, and ongoing product improvements.
• Passion for AI-driven personalization, thoughtful user experiences, and human-centered design.
• Familiarity with Figma, analytics tools, monitoring platforms, and modern development workflows.
• Bonus: Experience building products for small businesses, creators, education, or community-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with iOS Native product team to bring SideKix to market.
• Own development of our Flutter applications across Android and Web, delivering pixel-perfect implementation from Figma designs.
• Refactor and modernize our Flutter codebase to improve architecture, performance, and maintainability before launch.
• Build and maintain backend integrations, APIs, authentication, AI features, payment systems, and cloud services.
• Own testing, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure reliable deployments.
• Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the product after launch.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and help establish engineering best practices.

You’ll play a critical role in developing and scaling our Flutter applications across Android and Web, improving our existing platform, and helping transform SideKix into a reliable, production-ready product used by entrepreneurs everywhere.
