Job summary

Kikoff Inc. is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to shape the future of the company’s credit-building app. You will focus on growing the app, owning payments and monetization, and evolving the Flutter-based platform to support a growing team and millions of users.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineering teams to improve acquisition, retention, and revenue. You will drive architectural improvements, tooling, and release processes to accelerate shipping

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mobile development experience building production apps on iOS or Android.
• Proven ability to drive onboarding, activation, or monetization improvements for a consumer app.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and maintaining large codebases.
• Experience shipping consumer apps at scale and handling crashes across releases.
• Solid foundation in iOS (Swift/ UIKit/ SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/ Jetpack) experience.
• Comfort with analytics, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Commitment to testing mindset with unit/integration/UI tests.
• Experience with REST APIs and reliable network layers.

Responsibilities

• Grow the app: optimize the funnel from store to signup, onboarding, IDV, and first credit action; build acquisition plumbing and analytics instrumentation.
• Own payments and monetization: manage subscription and billing UX, and build resilient payment flows with Stripe/Tabapay.
• Improve the mobile platform: evolve Flutter architecture, CI/CD, releases, testing, and design system for faster experimentation.
