Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stakeholder trackers, engagement calendars, and coordination tools.
• Conduct research on organizations, events, and engagement opportunities to inform team planning.
• Prepare briefing notes, background materials, presentations, talking points, and summaries for meetings and engagements.
• Provide coordination and logistical support for conferences, webinars, roundtables, and other events including invitations, agendas, and speaker briefs.
• Draft social media content and track performance metrics for digital activities.
• Manage vendor selection, coordination, contracts, and invoicing processes.
