Qualifications

• Evidence of responsiveness to diverse backgrounds of community college students.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with two years of related professional experience, or associate degree with six years of related experience.
• Must petition for equivalency if transcripts do not match qualifications.
• Valid California Community College Credential, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach a part‑time schedule of Human Services courses as assigned.
• Employ a variety of pedagogies and integrate technologies for face‑to‑face, online, and hybrid modalities.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Provide course syllabi and maintain accurate classroom records per District Policy.
• Submit required grading and evaluation reports in a timely manner.
• Teach in a variety of instructional settings and times, as needed.
