Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; two years HR experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality, and compliance is essential.
• Experience with HR information systems and reporting is preferred.

• Provide HR support to employees, administrators, applicants and community members.
• Assist with onboarding, transactions, and personnel records.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and ensure regulatory compliance.
