Qualifications

• Master's degree in TESL/TESOL or related field approved for teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach ESL courses across levels, integrating reading, writing, grammar, listening, speaking, and pronunciation.
• Use equity-minded, culturally responsive instructional practices to promote active learning and success.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop instructional resources and support departmental initiatives.
• Partner with counselors and administrators to enhance student retention and achievement.
• Participate in curriculum development, outcomes assessment, and equity-focused review of course data.
