Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to internal and external partners that meets or exceeds our Service Promises.
• Meet or exceed established sales and service goals.
• Must possess effective knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services.
• Generate or obtain equity loan applications from various sources.
• Order title work, property valuations, and flood certifications.
• Complete accurate loan-closing packages in a timely manner, following guidelines and compliance procedures for 16 states.
• Coordinate simultaneous closings with outside lenders.
• Coordinate attorney loan closings.
• Send package to closing location.
• Ensure recording of security instruments and filing of loan documents.
• Ensure that Deeds of Trusts and Flood Certifications are cancelled for paid equity loans.
• Responsible for quoting correct pay off information for all equity loans.
• Setting up and servicing escrow accounts.
• Ensure compliance with TRID, HMDA and other regulations.
• Implementation and testing of new loan products and updates in the loan origination system and core system.
