Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Sell-Side Investment Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a CFA charterholder or candidate with a strong foundation in financial analysis, equity valuation, and capital markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in generating actionable investment ideas, conducting detailed company and sector analysis, and delivering high-impact research to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth equity research across designated sectors, including industry trends, company fundamentals, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models (DCF, comparables, scenario analysis) to support valuation and investment recommendations.
• Prepare and publish equity research reports with detailed investment theses, earnings forecasts, and price targets.
• Participate in earnings calls, investor briefings, and management meetings to gather qualitative insights.
• Liaise with the broader team to align and disseminate research.
• Support client engagement through presentations and briefing reports.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• CFA Charterholder or actively enrolled in the CFA Program (Level II or III preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Proven expertise in Bloomberg Terminal usage for data sourcing, analysis, and peer benchmarking.
• Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modelling and familiarity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial insights clearly.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality analysis across multiple sectors.
• High ethical standards, intellectual curiosity, and a comprehensive understanding of capital markets.
