RJW Logistics Group seeks an Integration Business Analyst to advance its EDI/integration capabilities. You will work with the Integration Manager and Project Manager to gather, validate, and document requirements for successful integrations.

As a liaison between business and technical teams, you will translate needs into actionable specs, support ERP/EDI projects, and help establish best practices in an Agile setting, emphasizing collaboration and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Project management skills including planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners to support collaborative solution development.
• Analyze, define, and document customer integration requirements.
• Develop, configure, and enhance EDI/Integration projects and applications.
• Identify and implement new technologies and best practices.
• Lead projects across the full development lifecycle, including requirements, testing, and SOP creation.
• Create and maintain documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment with planning and stand-ups.
