Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager with 20+ years of managing large-scale programs in financial services or banking. The role focuses on cross-functional leadership, executive reporting, and strict budget adherence.

Responsibilities include developing strategy, creating holistic plans with dependencies, budgeting, and ensuring on-time delivery while managing risks and vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise-level programs in financial services or banking.
• Advanced ability to develop executive-level presentations and reporting for steering committees.
• Strong risk management and dependency management expertise.
• Experience in managing vendor-delivered projects and negotiating contracts.
• EPMO experience partnering with Retail Banking business lines, highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Proven track record of delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develops overall project strategy, in partnership with the portfolio lead and other impacted stakeholders.
• Develops holistic project plans including tasks and milestones across all impacted business lines as well as technology and vendors, identifying and managing key dependencies and driving key project/program decisions.
• Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
• Develops project budgets and works with finance and the business to determine and report actuals.
• Monitors and reports on the status of all assigned projects/program including clear and accurate issue and risk reporting.
• Adheres to and promotes all EPMO policies and procedures

REQUIRES:
