Qualifications

• Minimum of two years teaching experience in a diverse public school setting preferred.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must hold Rhode Island teacher certification by date of hire (reciprocity with 30+ states).
• Certification(s) in relevant field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Science of Reading and Structured Literacy per RI requirements.
• CPI certification.

Responsibilities

• Actively support equity in classrooms, curricula, and school systems.
• Engage families as partners in scholar success and participate in professional development.
• Attend mandatory professional development and family meetings.
• Collaborate in department meetings and instructional coaching sessions.
